(1) Before booking your service, I’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire (either online before your appointment or at the studio). Please do so completely and truthfully.
(2) I’m a Licensed Esthetician and have been properly trained in the treatments I offer. However, contraindications, allergies, or irritation to the skin can happen. Some people develop allergies early in life; for others, new allergies or reactions can appear at any time in adulthood.
(3) I have an appointment cancellation policy. If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the full price of the service. No-shows are charged full price. I will charge the card on file and/or invoice you according to this policy.
(4) By completing the client questionnaire and completing your signature or electronic signature, you are consenting to treatment and agree to release me from liability.

Arrive ready to be pampered! Be sure to fill me in on your skin concerns and goals you have. I’ll also need to know any allergies you have, as well as your at-home skin regimen, so we can avoid contraindications during your service. Don’t exfoliate, use scrubs or acids, for a day or two before your appointment. Now….go ahead and BOOK this thing so we can get GLOWING.

Ready to experience the life-changing convenience of effortless, silky smooth skin? Let’s do this thing! Just follow these golden rules:
(1) First thing’s first - your hair must be about a quarter of an inch in length. Think about it this way - it’s about the size of a grain of rice.
(2) Avoid shaving or using any hair removal creams for at least two weeks before your appointment.
(3) Exfoliate the area a few days before your appointment. This removes dead skin cells and helps prevent ingrown hairs.
(4) On the day of your appointment, don’t use lotions or oils on the treatment area. This can make it more difficult for the wax to adhere to the hairs.
So, what are you waiting for?? Let’s book this thing!

Beautiful brows don’t just frame your eyes; they enhance the entire canvas of your face, becoming the ultimate accessory for a stunning look. Brow lamination, tinting, and waxing are the subtle secrets that transform your expression, add symmetry, and elevate your features to a new level.
However, there are certain contraindications to be aware of before your appointment. You’ll need to avoid the following in the several days leading up to your appointment:
Sun exposure - if you’ve been exposed to the sun recently and/or have a sunburn, we won’t be able to wax you, as it can increase the risk of skin damage;
Use of retinoids - you’ll need to stop using any retinoids (retinol, tretinoin, etc) for 7 days prior to your service.
Certain medications - some medications, including but not limited to blood thinners and Accutane, can affect the skin’s integrity. If you have taken such products within the past year, you will need clearance from your physician prior to your appointment.
Skin conditions - some skin conditions like eczema or dermatitis may make you more prone to irritation.
Recent chemical peels and active ingredients- chemical peels or products with active ingredients such as AHAs/BHAs (for example, salicylic acid) can make the skin thinner and more prone to lifting or scabbing.

Let’s get you the best results possible. Just follow these guidelines for that GLOW!
(1) Exfoliate 24-48 hours before your session, but not RIGHT before your session. Exfoliating right before your spray tan causes your pores to open and could lead to uneven results.
(2) Use a washcloth, or (even better) an exfoliating glove or mitt to exfoliate. Don’t use a sugar scrub or anything else containing oils or lotions. Shaving also counts as exfoliation.
(3) No moisturizers or creams within a day of the session.
(3) Wear loose clothing to the appointment. If you can, avoid wearing a bra after your spray tan.
(4) Remove all jewelry for your appointment.
(5) Don’t wear makeup or deodorant to your session.
(6) If you don’t book a rapid spray tan, you won’t be able to shower or sweat for 8-12 hours after your appointment. You’ll do a warm water rinse after 8-12 hours, then a regular shower about 24 hours after your tan. If you book a rapid tan, those times will be a bit shorter, depending on the depth of tan you desire.
(7) Do not come in if you have a recent sunburn. Your tan will appear uneven.
